Terms of Service

Nudge is a personal reminder and renewal tracking tool intended for personal, non-commercial use. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You own the data you enter into Nudge. We do not claim ownership of your reminders, policies, subscriptions, or any other content you create. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you enter is accurate and up to date.

Nudge is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service, or any part of it, at any time, with or without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nudge and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. This includes, but is not limited to, missed renewal dates, financial losses, or loss of data.

Nudge is a reminder tool. It is your responsibility to verify renewal dates and take action on time-sensitive matters. Do not rely solely on Nudge for critical financial or legal deadlines.

You agree not to:

• Use Nudge for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Attempt to access, tamper with, or disrupt other users' data.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or misuse the service or its infrastructure.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or overload the service.

You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, your data will be removed from our systems in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the in-app "What's New" modal. Your continued use of Nudge after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
